1.0 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this platform or engaging our clinical migration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.
2.0 Scope of Services
dr.Jakpa provides strategy audits, document verification guidance, and clinical pathway consultations for medical professionals. We do not provide legal advice, nor do we act as a visa agency.
3.0 Candidate Responsibilities
- Accurate representation of clinical credentials
- Maintenance of required language proficiency levels
- Timely submission of audited documents
4.0 Financial Policies
All booking fees for Strategy Sessions and Audits are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in a forfeiture of the fee.
5.0 Intellectual Property
All content, including migration strategies, document checklists, and clinical guides provided by dr.Jakpa, are the exclusive property of the Firm and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6.0 Limitation of Liability
"A responsible bridge doesn't promise everyone will cross—it just tells you where the bridge starts and ends."
dr.Jakpa is not liable for visa denials, licensing changes by the Ärztekammer, or retroactive legislative shifts in German immigration law.
7.0 Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any candidate found providing fraudulent documentation or engaging in conduct detrimental to the Firm's institutional reputation.
8.0 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and, where applicable, the regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany.
